17 unstoppable years in energy: NV Media highlights the journey of Inventum Ukraine
17 years ago we were a small team from Sumy that simply believed deeply in its cause.
We brought our first truckload of ceramic fiber.
Developed a demonstration model and traveled with it to all thermal power plants in Ukraine.
Explained why new technologies could transform Ukrainian energy sector.
Back then, we couldn't imagine that 17 years later we would:
- implement hundreds of projects across Ukraine;
- work with the country's largest enterprises;
- repair boiler houses;
- modernize industrial furnaces, turbines, and energy facilities;
- survive COVID, crises, and ATO;
- deploy cogeneration systems;
- enter a full-scale war.
And consciously choose to remain and work in the frontline city of Sumy.
Over these years, there has been a lot of everything: mistakes, tough choices, losses, night installations, "due yesterday" projects, and 24/7 work. Yet, throughout these 17 years, the core remained unchanged: we just do our job.
And perhaps that is exactly why today "Inventum Ukraine" stands for:
- 465+ implemented projects;
- 250+ employees;
- 13 countries of international partnership;
- 89 million UAH of taxes paid during the full-scale war;
- 8.88 million UAH of aid provided to military personnel and civilians.
But numbers are not what matters most.
What matters most is the people who keep working even when explosions echo around them.
The people who build, repair, commission, and sustain the country's infrastructure.
For our 17th anniversary, NV media has prepared a comprehensive feature on the history of Inventum Ukraine, our projects, team, and operations during the war.
