Based on excellent performance indicators (increase in sales volume, expansion of the product sales line, etc.), Shandong Luyang Share Co extended the exclusive right of Inventum Ukraine to distribute ceramic fiber blankets in Ukraine until December 31, 2014. At the end of 2014, the completion of the agreement for Unifrax to acquire a stake in Shandong Luyang Share Co was planned, as well as the conclusion of strategic cooperation agreements, including the provision of Unifrax production technology and the implementation of corresponding operational changes within the companies. After that, a decision would be made regarding the further granting of exclusive sales rights for Shandong Luyang Share Co products in Ukraine to Inventum Ukraine.
