This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the website of Inventum Ukraine, located at https://inventum.ua, may obtain about a user during the use of the website.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. The website of Inventum Ukraine, located at https://inventum.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Website);
1.1.2. Administration of the Inventum Ukraine website (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) – authorized employees acting on behalf of Inventum Ukraine who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, and the actions or operations performed with personal data;
1.1.3. Personal data (hereinafter referred to as Data) – information relating to a directly or indirectly identified natural person (personal data subject), which may be provided to third parties;
1.1.4. Data processing – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools on Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, and destruction of Data;
1.1.5. Data confidentiality – a mandatory requirement for the Administration to prevent the disclosure of Data without the consent of the data subject or other lawful grounds;
1.1.6. Cookies – a small piece of user data sent by a web server and stored on a computer or other device used to access the Website. In other words, Cookies are used to make the use of the Website more convenient, for example, so that the user does not need to repeat the login process during a subsequent visit. The Website uses both persistent and session Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on the user’s computer or other device used to access the Website for an extended period of time, while session Cookies are automatically deleted when the browser window is closed;
1.1.7. Pixel – a small piece of data used to track user actions on the Website in order to improve service quality.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The use of the Website by the user signifies full consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of Data processing.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the user must discontinue use of the Website.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for the actions of users on third-party websites to which the user may navigate via links available on the Website, or for actions on websites that contain links to the Website.
2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the data provided by the Website user.
3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Administration’s obligations regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality protection of Data that the user provides when completing and submitting forms on the Website.
3.2. Data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the user by filling out registration forms on the Website and may include the following information:
- User’s full name;
- Email address (e-mail);
- User’s phone number.
3.3. The Administration protects Data automatically transmitted during the viewing of advertising blocks and visiting pages where a Pixel is installed.
3.4. Disabling Cookies may result in the inability to access certain parts of the Website or its improper functioning.
4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USERS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. The Administration may use the user’s Data for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identification of a user who is registered or has previously provided their Data on the Website for the purpose of auto-filling forms;
4.1.2. Providing the user with access to personalized resources;

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING
5.1. The processing of user Data is carried out without time limitation, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.
5.2. User Data may be transferred to authorized public authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.
5.3. In the event of loss or disclosure of Data, the Administration shall inform the user about such loss or disclosure.
5.4. The Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the user’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
5.5. The Administration, together with the user, takes necessary measures to prevent damages or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the user’s Data.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The user is obliged to:
6.1.1. Provide information about the Data required for successfully completing feedback forms on the Website.
6.2. The Administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclose it without the prior written consent of the user, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the transferred user Data, except as provided in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the user’s Data in accordance with procedures commonly used to protect such information;
6.2.4. Block the user’s Data from the moment of request by the user, their legal representative, or the authorized data protection authority for the period of verification in case of detection of inaccurate Data or unlawful actions.
7. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Administration has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the user’s consent.
7.2. The new Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment it is published on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
7.3. Any suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be communicated to the Administration via the “CONTACTS” section available on the Website.
