Insulation of turbine, steam lines and pipelines
Implementation:
In October 2012, the specialists of our company had completed works on the thermal insulation of the turbine, steam lines and pipelines. Lightweight fibrous materials based on the ceramic fiber had been used as an insulation. The usage of mats based of ceramic fibers LYTX-212 provided the convenience and the speed of work and the durability of the heat-insulating layer. Also, due to the thermal properties of the ceramic fiber and low price, the customer received a substantial savings. As the coating layer, depending on the operating conditions of a heating, the galvanized sheet steel and double fiberglass reinforced foil Folar B had been used.
