Overhaul of 60 MW steam turbines

Task:

in 2018, our company was replenished with a team of highly qualified specialists who have more than 20 years of experience in the field of repair and reconstruction of steam turbines and electric generators at thermal power stations. And in the next 2 years we have implemented several contracts for the overhaul of turbine generators, including the repair of a turbine generator with a capacity of 60 MW (PT 60-90 / 13).

Implementation:

  • the repair of the steam distribution and control system; 
  • the repair and partial replacement of rotor blades;
  • the repair and partial replacement of valves and ejectors;
  • the repair of diaphragm cages;
  • the repair and replacement of rotor shaft seals;
  • the repair of the oil system and condenser;
  • the repair of rotary diaphragms; 
  • replacement of thermal insulation, etc.

Result:

the work was carried out competently and in a very short time frame.
