In 2017, our experts completed reconstruction of furnace. Actually, the project, developed by the specialists of "Inventum Ukraine", envisaged the installation of the new thermal gas furnace.

The project consisted of following stages:

• complete replacement of the metal structure of the furnace body;
• replacement of mechanisms of damper movement and the furnace bottom;
• lining replacement of walls, the furnace crown and the damper;
• installation of a furnace heating system (recuperative burners);
• furnace equipment by computer control system.

After accepting project for reconstruction of furnace, we have supplied all necessary materials and equipment: refractory materials ("Luyang Unifrax Trading Company Limited", China, "E.C.T.P. Refractories", Belgium), gas burner equipment ("Kromschroder", Germany), automated process control system ("Schneider Electric", France). Next, metal frame structures, the furnace hearth and the damper were produced. After installation, we have performed a set of commissioning; the furnace was put into operation; the customer’s staff was trained in order to work with new equipment.
