Replacement of refractory lining of the water boiler
Features:
- development of design documentation due to the absence of any drawings of the boiler;
- production of refractory bricks (110 pieces) for the arch lining.
Implementation:
- dismantling of the old lining (refractory concrete on the walls and the arch brickwork);
- preparation of the surface and installation of fasteners for the new lining;
- production of skew brick for the arch lining;
- pouring refractory concrete and laying the arch;
- boiler wall insulation with Superwool Plus Blok refractory boards by Morgan Thermal Ceramics.
