Features:
- the total lining area was 200 m2.
Implementation:
- dismantling the old lining layer;
- installation of metal structures of the ceiling frame;
- painting of metal structures;
- installation of heat-resistant fasteners;
- lining of the ceiling, "furnace gantry" and smoke extraction ducts with plates made of ceramic fiber Superwool Plus Blok 1000, refractory mats Сerachem blanket, Сerablanket, refractory Stack modules IM-1430;
- replacement of bushings made of vacuum-formed fiber, burners and smoke extraction ducts.
