Specialists from the installation department of our company carried out the works on thermal insulation of pipelines of the engine room power block. For insulation works the materials based on ceramic fiber had been used. It helped to complete the work fast and provide the durability of the insulation layer. Folar B glass fiber or the galvanized steel sheet had been used as a covering layer, depending on the pipeline location. The combination of hot thermal properties and low price of ceramic fiber mats provided the customer a substantial cost saving.
