Task:

  •  repair of the lining of the heat exchanger of the afterburner on production lines No. 1 and No. 2;
  •  thermal insulation of air ducts and heat exchanger of production line No. 1 and sections  afterburner unit's heat exchanger casing sections on production line No. 1.

Implementation:

  •  production and installation of anchors and bandages for fixing thermal insulation materials;
  •  installation of high-temperature thermal insulation materials;
  •  installation of LYTX ceramic fiber mats;
  •  manufacture, supply and installation of LYTX-1140M ceramic fiber modules of various standard sizes.

Result:

  • work was performed in accordance with contractual obligations, in two shifts and within a short time frame (10 and 14 calendar days for each production line, respectively);
  • a positive customer's feedback is received.
