Within 9 months (May 2013 - February 2014) experts of “Inventum Ukraine” executed works on insulation of cement production line. Technical department of our company had performed authoring PPR. Mounting department of our company completed insulation works of more than 22 000 sq. m. of equipment (cooling tower, electrostatic, flues, etc.). Thermal insulation works had been carried out at a maximum height of 120 m. More than 60 people of company’s staff had been involved in work simultaneously. Thermal insulation works were also done via industrial alpinism. As the thermal insulation mineral wool plates are used, as a protective material - steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet.  Mineral wool plates are nonflammable and do not absorb moisture. Another advantage of the thermal insulation on the basis of mineral wool is a low coefficient of thermal conductivity, which means the significant energy efficiency of the material.
