In August 2011 the specialists of our company carried out the works of thermal insulation of the cyclone and the dust separators. The technical department of our company decided to use the combined method of isolation. As a first  insulating layer a liquid insulation "TSM Ceramic" had been used. The additional purpose of "TSM Ceramic" material was anticorrosion protection of metal parts of the cyclone and separators dust. The basalt mats had been selected as a second insulating layer. A fiberglass had been used as a protective material. The corresponding review is the proof of a qualitative work performed and the benefits of the material.
