Task:

to reduce the temperature on the surface (in some places it reached 300 °C);
to reduce heat losses and excessive consumption of natural gas in an induration machine during the pellet production.

Implementation:

within 2 months, the specialists of the production department restored the thermal insulation of these exhaust ducts.

Result:

temperature on the surface was not above 50 °С;
heat losses were minimized through the use of modern ceramic fiber materials as the main insulation layer.
