Works on repair and replacement of thermal insulation of electrical dehydrators, distillation columns and flues oil heaters
Implementation:
Within 4 months (January-April 2014) specialists of “Inventum Ukraine” executed repair works and the replacement of thermal insulation EDG (electrical dehydrators), distillation columns and flue furnace heating oil at the refinery. 20-30 specialists worked on the project considering the volume of work and the complicated weather conditions. Thermal insulation works had been carried out at height of 10 m and higher and were also done via industrial alpinism. High-altitude works via industrial alpinism are often the only option to perform work without additional expensive building constructions. To repair the thermal insulation of distillation columns the galvanized steel tie had been made by our specialists. Repair works, including industrial alpinism, had been done on time and with high quality.
