Works on the steam boiler walling
Implementation:
Works on a brickwork envelope and heat insulation of the furnace camera of the heatunit were carried out in two stages. First stage, specialists of our company executed dismantle of an old brickwork envelope of a boiler, having prepared thereby water-wall tubes in a boiler fire chamber for the beginning of brickwork. Second stage, performed works on a brickwork envelope, using the combined design of a heat-insulation layer consisting of perlite boards, a refractory concrete and mineral-cotton mats. The top layer of isolation was carried out by the reinforced plaster mix NSh-1.
