Development of design estimation documentation
The final stage in the design of construction, reconstruction, modernization or repair of industrial furnaces and heat-power equipment (boilers, gas ducts, turbines, tanks, etc.) is the development of design estimate documentation. This stage is preceded by equipment diagnostics and development of design solutions based on the customer's technical specifications.
The development of design and estimate documentation is carried out by highly qualified specialists with extensive experience. The engineering center of the company has dedicated software and carries out, among other things, 3D modeling. In the process of developing design estimates, design engineers introduce advanced technical solutions and materials designed to significantly improve the operation of heating units in the process of modernization or under construction (for more details, see "Design of heating equipment"). For example, one of the most important factors in achieving significant savings in energy costs is the use of so-called "lightweight refractory" (refractory materials based on ceramic fibers) for lining equipment.
