User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter – the Agreement) governs the use of the website https://inventum.ua/ (hereinafter – the Site) and defines the terms of interaction between the Site user and the company LLC «Inventum Ukraine» (hereinafter – the Company, Site Administration).

By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Site is informational and intended to familiarize users with the Company's activities, services, and projects.

1.2. No sale of goods or services is conducted on the Site. All information posted on the Site does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.3. The Site may contain links to third-party resources, including an external online store owned by the same Company. The Site Administration is not responsible for the content and policies of such resources.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

2.1. The User has the right to:

  • view the Site materials;

  • submit inquiries through feedback forms;

  • use the Site information solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2. The User undertakes to:

  • comply with the current legislation of Ukraine;

  • not perform actions that may harm the operation of the Site;

  • not use Site materials without the consent of the rights holder, except as provided by law.

3. FEEDBACK FORMS

3.1. The Site may contain forms to provide contact details (name, phone number, email address) in order to receive consultation or feedback.

3.2. By submitting their data, the User confirms consent to their processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at:

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. All Site materials (texts, images, logos, graphic elements, design, etc.) are objects of intellectual property rights and belong to the Company or are used on legal grounds.

4.2. Copying, distribution, public reproduction, or other use of the Site materials without the Company's written consent is prohibited, except as provided by the legislation of Ukraine.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1. The Site Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

5.2. The Company is not responsible for possible damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site.

5.3. Information on the Site may be updated or changed without prior notice.

6. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

6.1. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.

6.2. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Site.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached – in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.
